If your servers run your logon script they are audited the
same as your desktop PCs, laptops, etc. E-Z Audit will audit Windows NT4,
Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 servers. (For NT4 SP5 is minimum, SP6
recommended. For Windows 2000, SP3 is minimum, SP4 recommended.
However, as servers tend not to get logged in (and so run the
logon script) as regularly as desktops, you may want to set up a task to run the
scanner daily.
The actual frequency for audits is determined by your
configuration file, but running the task daily ensures your server will be
scanned when it is time based on your frequency.
Access the Task Scheduler it via the Start menu, then go to Accessories > System
Tools and select Scheduled Tasks.
Click on Add Scheduled Task:

Browse to the location for "ezstart.exe" then click Next.

Give it a name and select Daily then click Next.

Set a time to do the audit and click Next.

Enter your domain name and user name and password and click
Next.

Click Finish (not pictured) then right-click and open the new
task and select Properties:

Modify the Run entry adding the command line /auto after the
closing quote mark, then click Ok.
