about third-party audits and special licensing options for third-party use.
If you are an IT consulting firm of VAR wishing to use E-Z Audit to perform audits of your clients' PCs, note this regarding the basic license conditions:
Our licenses are customer specific. This means you need to purchase a license of the appropriate level for the number of PC that will be audited for each third-party (customer) you will audit.
Further, the license cannot be used to audit another third-party (customer of yours) even if the software is removed from the first customer.
Likewise you cannot purchase, for example, a 200 PC license to audit multiple third-parties (customers) totaling 200 PCs even the license is for your own internal use. If you have four customers at 50 or fewer PCs each, you would need to purchase 4 x 50 PC licenses, one for each of the four third parties.
