E-Z Audit Extended
Support
What is Extended Support?
E-Z Audit provides free support during
evaluation, and for 60 days after purchase unless you purchased with the
1 Year Upgrades and Tech Support option.
After the 60 day period, you require an
Extended Support license to receive continuing technical support.
All technical support is email based. If you
have had bad experiences before with email based support, please rest
assured that:

All tech support email responses are
answered by actual human beings that have read your email: we do not use
automated responders or annoying automated means

Responses are usually within the same
business day

You get support staff who have access to
source code and who are enabled to make fixes happen, not just hear your
problems and hand them off.
We do not charge for updates to your existing
program:
All updates to the version you have purchased
are free for the life of the version. That means, all 'decimal' updates
like from 10.0 to 10.1, etc You do not need to purchase
anything additional to get these updates for the life of the version.
Extended Support is not "upgrade insurance"
E-Z Audit extends free or discounted
upgrades to existing users when new versions are released based on various
criteria for varying lengths of time. See
current upgrade promotions.
