Upgrade pricing is not available if you are at any version below E-Z Audit Version 8.
Information about Upgrade Insurance –1 Year of Upgrades, 1 Year Tech Support
You can purchase upgrade insurance when you purchase E-Z Audit or you can do so up to 60 days from the date of your initial purchase of E-Z Audit. It is not available after that time.
To purchase upgrade insurance select the product purchase link that includes 1 Year of Upgrades, 1 Year Tech Support when ordering.
To order within your 60 day grace period after you have purchased E-Z Audit contact sales@ezaudit.net with your registration number. Prices are below.
If your upgrade insurance expired, you have up to 60 days from the expiration date to renew. The applicable price will be based on 50% of the full price for the current version at the time of renewal.
You can purchase more than one year's coverage. Secure your future upgrade prices by selecting more than one year's coverage. Contact sales for multi-year purchase.
If you do not purchase Upgrade Insurance at the time of purchase or during the 60 grace period, upgrade pricing is at 20% off of the current license price at the time you request the upgrade.
You can extend tech support for 12 months at any time by purchasing Extended Support only. You can purchase this extension here.
Note: Updates to your purchased version are free – an update being a decimal change, for example 10.0 to 10.1 You do not require Upgrade Insurance for updates to your purchased version.

Conditions and additional important information
Upgrade Insurance is for a period of 365 days from the date of purchase (void or cancelled in case of denied credit card transaction, fraud, failure to pay invoice, or any other failure to satisfy payment requirements). Renewals can be purchased up to 60 days from the expiration date of the original 1 year validity period.
The Upgrade Insurance does not provide free upgrades for any add-on modules that were, in prior versions, separate purchases to the E-Z Audit product. The add-on modules may or may not be applicable to future versions of E-Z Audit and may or may not be continued past any prior versions.
Purchasers of Upgrade Insurance that have purchased add-on modules for a prior version will be extended a 50% discount off the prices for the equivalent module, if offered in the newer version or versions, at the then current prices at the time of purchase.
Academic discount does not apply to Upgrade Insurance.Upgrade Insurance is a non-refundable purchase. No guarantee is made or implied that there will be any new versions released during any validity period.
You can renew your Upgrade Insurance at any time during its one year validity period and up to 60 days after its expiration. No free upgrades are available during this 60-day grace period if you have not renewed your Upgrade Insurance. If you do not renew your Upgrade Insurance within this period, you will only be able to purchase as part of the purchase of future versions of E-Z Audit.
