If you have valid "upgrade insurance":

If you purchased 1 Year Upgrades/Free Technical support and it is valid on the release date of E-Z Audit Version 11 (01 November 2008), this is a free upgrade
 

If you had purchased "upgrade insurance" and it has expired during a period where no new versions were released:

As a goodwill gesture in difficult times we have extended the validity of purchasers of 1 Year Upgrades/Free Technical support for those that expired between 12 October 2008 and November 30 2008 only so that even if E-Z Audit Version 11 was released after expiration dates that fall between that period, you will also get Version 11 at no additional cost.

While there is no guarantee of a new version during any validity period, given the hard times right now we felt we should do something extra for our customers.

NB: If it expired even one day before, you would have received the benefit of an upgrade to Version 10.  This extension is based on those who would otherwise not gotten any upgrade during the validity period.
 

Did you recently purchase E-Z Audit Version 10 for the first time?

If you purchased a new license for E-Z Audit Version 10 on or after 15 September 2008, whether or not you also purchased the 1 Year Upgrades/Technical support option, this is a free upgrade. 

Note that you should still consider purchasing this option as it will lock in future upgrades for one year from the date you purchase the option.  You have 60 days from the purchase of the basic license to do so.

Did you recently pay for an upgrade to E-Z Audit Version 10?

If you purchased an upgrade to Version 10 from an earlier version on or after 15 August 2008, whether or not you also purchased the 1 Year Upgrades/Technical support option, this is a free upgrade. 

Note that you should still consider purchasing this option as it will lock in future upgrades for one year from the date you purchase the option.  You have 60 days from the purchase of the basic license to do so.
